Holiday Inn Express & Suites Cleveland, an IHG Hotel

Only stayed one night after getting married. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was a nice size and clean. Love that they had dove soaps and shampoo available for use. Breakfast was good and hot. They had omelets, sausage, and biscuits and gravy available for hot breakfast. With a menu board for the rest of the week, saying what they would be serving.

The front desk lady went out of her way to serve our team breakfast earlier than normal because we had an early game. She was patient with a large group.

I’ve stayed at most places in Cleveland and it’s the best you will find. Good staff, clean, good parking, amazing breakfast
